Join Willie Lim and Mimi for a two week plus Asian yoga retreat. Experience Thailand and Malaysia at the grassroots. Sample delicious Asian fare, explore markets and temples and, of course, relax on the beautiful beaches.

The experience begins when you hop on your Eva air from either Los Angeles or San Francisco. Our first port of call is Penang, known as 'the Pearl of the orient", Britain's earliest colony in South east Asia. Its natural beauty and exotic heritage have been attracting curious visitors for centuries. Travel guides have referred to it as "a place of mysterious temples and palm shrouded beaches". Here you can unwind to the sound of the ocean at the Lone Pine Boutique hotel or the Bayview Beach Resort.

We then fly off to Phuket to enyoy the beautiful beach at Kamala. Lots to see and sample here. Visit the famous beach of Phanga island made famous by the movie "The Beach". If you have a Padi certification make sure you bring it along, as this is one of the best diving areas in the world.

Next is the bustling city of Bangkok or, for those who want to visit Chiangmai, you will fly out of Bangkok. In Bangkok we will stay at either the Eastin or Bankok Palace located at Patunam. Ladies, this is the clothing capital of Thailand. The temples and palaces should not be missed either. Those in Chiangmai will stay at the Lotus Hotel right in town.

We leave on Friday night, June the 6, 2008 and return on June 22, 2008. We will spend 5 nights in Penang, followed by Phuket for 5 nights, and then spend the following four nights in either Bangkok or Chiangmai.

Cost: $3350 includes airfares, transfers, lodging and breakfast. A Deposit of $300 is due by mid January and is refundable until February 28, 2008. Prices are based on two occupants per room. Singles are available with a separate contract. Contact us at travel@usadojo.com
